Standlow Farm - Daisy, Bluebell & Clover Cottages
Each two bedroom cottage sleeps 4-6 people, with all amenities, including a dishwasher. All the cottages have shared use of the children's play area, large games room and grassed paddock for ball games. Relax with the stunning views from the terrace, and a BBQ on hand for the warmer months.

Our venues are located close to Ashbourne, near Alton Towers, and a skip and a jump from Carsington Water.

Stay one night or stay with us for longer and enjoy the village pub in Kniveton, the delights of cycling and walking at Carsington Reservoir or mooch around the lovely shops and tea rooms in Ashbourne.

If your group is bigger than 4, take a look at Foxglove Cottage:

Ashbourne Hall is situated not far from Alton Towers, opposite Ashbourne Park and a few minutes' walk from the pretty market town of Ashbourne.

This spacious house can sleep from 12-24 guests and therefore if your group is large, Ashbourne Hall is the place for you.

It offers lots of space, lots of beds and lots of shower rooms for warming up after the rapids!

Ashbourne Hall even offers a hot tub in the courtyard to soak away those aches, and a starlight bar area to get the party started!
Shiningford is located by Carsington Water, and offers a 9 bedroom Manor and 5 bedroom Stables.

More importantly both have a private hot tub and during the warmer months, an outdoor swimming pool.

If you haven't got wet enough at Alton Towers riding the rapids, then take the plunge in the full-length outdoor pool.
Offering a hot tub to soak in, Carsington Water on your doorstep for walking and cycling, Shiningford is the venue most sought after.

There are several supermarkets in Ashbourne; or alternatively, shop online and get the delivery direct to your accommodation. Always ensure you will arrive before the time slot. Most stays commence after 4pm.

If staying at
Standlow, quote postcode DE6 1QZ. You'll need to include the cottage name on the notes for the driver.

For Shiningford, quote postcode DE4 4DD. Please leave a delivery note for the driver to pass Breach Farm heading towards Carsington village, & turn right into Sheepwash Car park, but take the trail on the right for 1/2 mile to the end of the drive.

For Ashbourne Hall quote DE6 1JJ, and pick up PMW Property. On the notes state the Ashbourne Selfcatering sign on the drive.

If you are staying at Hollywood House, quote DE56 2DE and pick up Holly House. If possible add the note to travel right to the top of Longwalls Lane, where the driveway to Hollywood House is on the left.
